- Tomatoes – 500 gr.,
- Garlic – 3 heads,

After all the ingredients have been prepared, you can start cooking adzhika with plums and tomatoes for the winter. Wash tomatoes, plums, hot peppers and adjika tomatoes. Slice the tomatoes into slices.
Remove plums from plums. Peel the garlic. Cut the hot pepper pods. Remove the seeds.

- Salt – 2 tbsp. spoons
- Refined vegetable oil – 100 ml.,
- Sugar – 3 tbsp. spoons
- Vinegar – 3 tbsp. spoons.
Adjika with plums, peppers and tomatoes – a recipe
Wash two types of peppers, tomatoes, carrots and plums. Remove pits from plums. chilli and Bulgarian peppers, free from stalks and seeds, cutting the fruit in two parts along.
Cut tomatoes into slices. Peel the garlic and carrot. All ingredients adjika with plums mince. Put the vegetable puree in the pan. Boil the plum adjika with tomatoes on a slow fire for about 40 minutes.
Pour salt, sugar. Around the vinegar and refined sunflower oil. Stir adjika.
Boil it for another 15 minutes, stirring. Pour into sterile jars. Roll covers for preservation.
