In the framework of the International Military-Technical Forum “Army-2018” and the forum "National Security Week" was presented electric NEXT electro Shuttle. The car was exhibited in the open area and aroused great interest of visitors, of which there were more than 1 million people.
SUE “Mosgortrans” held the final of the 52nd annual competition of professional skill of bus drivers. The competition was attended by 17 teams representing branches of Mosgortrans, including Bus fleet number 8 in which the NEXT electro electric car is being tested.
From June 20 to 22, 2018, Munich (Germany) hosted the largest international exhibition on energy storage and storage technologies in Europe, EES Europe 2018. Representatives of SpecAutoEngineering participated in the exhibition and got acquainted with the latest achievements of leading companies in this field.
In the middle of June 2018, the passenger electric bus NEXT electro was launched on route No. 2 on the territory of the SKOLKOVO technopark. Stops of this route: Skolkovskaya parking – KPP-3 – Technopark – Manor – Diagnostic Center. This project is being implemented jointly with the company Auto-Handler.
In May 2018, an electric vehicle, a brigade workshop designed to service electrical networks in the Tyumen and Kurgan regions, entered into service PJSC SUENKO in Tyumen. The electric car is equipped with a CCS fast charge controller and has a cruising range of 200 km.

On July 27, 2017, the Next Electro electric car was presented in the city of Penza, IDGC of Volga, PJSC as part of the All-Russian professional skill competition of the PJSC ROSSETI personnel for repair and maintenance of distribution networks. Electric car has aroused great interest among technical and repair services.
On June 20, 2017, the Skolkovo Foundation, together with the Ministry of Transport of Russia, held a meeting on the development of urban electric transport. At the cluster site, serial samples and prototypes of vehicles were demonstrated, among which we presented the NEXT Electro electric vehicle.

At the exhibition “Growth Technologies”, held in parallel with the forum, the first Russian commercial electric car NEXT Electro was presented to visitors.
From 25 to 27 October 2016 in Moscow at the venues Crocus Expo IEC held the International Bus Salon "Busworld Russia"on which company "SpecAvtoEngineering" presented the first domestic serial commercial electric NEXT Electro for review and test-drive. The exhibition was attended by manufacturers of buses and passenger transport.
In the framework of the seminar "Electric transport and charging infrastructure" (Rosseti-MOESK-MKS), held on September 23, 2016, discussed the development of charging infrastructure in Russia, reports were made on technological solutions for combining traditional distribution network facilities with charging infrastructure. The company SpetsAvtoEngineering at the seminar presented not only a report on the electric car NEXT Electro of its own design, but also conducted a test drive of a production car for interested persons in the territory of the ISS.

As part of the Forum, round tables were held on the introduction of new projects in the energy sector, including the development of infrastructure for electric vehicles in St. Petersburg. From 22 to 25 July 2016 on the territory of the tourist center "Gull" Leningrad NPP in the village of Sisto-Palkino hosted the annual open industry festival of art song and poetry "U 235". The festival was visited by the guests of honor – the head of the State Corporation "Rosatom" S. V. Kiriyenko, Chairman of the State Duma S. E. Naryshkin, Governor of the Leningrad Region A. Yu. From July 6 to July 8, 2016, the 7th ALL-RUSSIAN MULTI-SURFACE COMPETITIONS among the collection and security divisions took place in St. Petersburg. "SpecAvtoEngineering" took part in this event and presented a new electric Next Electro to employees of Sberbank of Russia. Anyone could conduct a test drive, including S.K. Electric cars are built on the basis of mass-produced Gazel Next cars, having an all-metal body-van and are available in three versions:

The electric car is manufactured by U1 according to GOST 15150 and designed for operation at ambient temperatures from -25 ° to + 40 ° C.
Electric vehicle power plant
The power plant of an electric vehicle consists of a Siemens traction motor and a power inverter-converter. All elements of the electric drive are liquid cooled. The motor together with the inverter-converter is installed between the frame side members under the body.
Built on a lithium-based (NCM) maintenance-free battery. The battery is located in sealed containers heated under the floor of the electric vehicle. Battery rated voltage – 346 V, capacity – 49 kW • h *.
Traction battery is equipped with a traction battery monitoring system (BMS). This system provides control of voltages and temperatures at each cell, the amperage, balances the cells. Information about the state of the traction battery is transmitted to the instrument panel.
The electric car has an on-board charger with a capacity of 22 kW *, which allows you to fully charge the battery in less than 3 hours from the charging stations of the European standard IEC 62196-2. It is also possible to charge from a regular household power supply.

Electric vehicle control unit
The electric vehicle is equipped with a microprocessor control unit of its own design. This unit controls the power plant, charger and other electric vehicle subsystems, collects and transmits the necessary information about the battery status to the instrument panel.
In the electric car used standard transmission Gazelle car. Between the traction motor and the transmission, there is a reduction gearbox with a fixed gear ratio of 2.3: 1. Gear shift is absent.

Heating and ventilation system
Operating Next Gazelle, with a standard heater and air conditioning (optional), control of ventilation and heating. For heating, a WEBASTO heater with a power of 7 kW is used, powered by diesel fuel.
